Start To Finish

We’ll make sure we call you to let you know we’ve received your concerns and are looking into it. At this stage we’ll make our service level agreements nice and clear for you. We’ll work through a number of processes to ensure we resolve your issues as soon as possible. If the issue becomes more complicated we’ll let you know, as well as our plans of investigation. If it has to be passed to a 3rd party to look into then we will continue to chase them and keep you updated.
